Very simple and quick recipe, but also quite tasty. Rather surprisingly, ends up being full of flavor and bread is a surprisingly good addition to a soup like this, as it turns into something more like a gelatinous stew, which might not sound appealing but I actually quite like. Recipe takes between 20 to 30 minutes or so to make.

Step 1
Dice an onion and garlic, crush tomatoes (if you have whole) or open the can.
Step 2
Add in some oil and onion+garlic, and sautee for a few minutes.
Step 3
Add in the tomatoes and basil, then stir in the bread cubes and cook for 25ish minutes. Season as needed, and you're done.
